Isabel Marant offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Request a Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off or Collection
Schedule a complimentary courier pick-up through our website or drop off your package at an authorized shipping point near you.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
